Hi,

I have developed an application. I need to add the Key listener for the whole application. How do I do this? I have explained in detail below.

Even if the user is working in any other application say word or notepad or what ever it is.. If he presses particular key (say SHIFT + 9).. my application should come up. How do I do this in Java?

You can't. You'll need to use Windows mechanisms (or a 3rd party extension) that listens for keystrokes and brings your application to the front. Quickeys is such a tool.
