That looks really interesting. I'm sure I'l enjoy reading it. I'm currently exploring ideas for my own MSc dissertation (which I will probably start officially in 2008)

My current favourite topic is something along the lines of a comparative review of approaches to generating dynamic web pages. I plan to cover such areas as string manipulation in application code, string manipulation using third party code such as ECS, simple token substitution, token substitution wrapped in an interpreted language such as Velocity or WebMacro, transformation using XSLT, and so on. Tapestry occupies an interesting place in this landscape, having given up general text-generation flexibility in favour of loading and processing an augmented DOM for each page.

Is your disssertation likely to remain at the above URL long enough for me to reference it in my own?
