Moving table row up/down?

I have JTable with no.of columns.
User can select particular row and that row can move up/down.

Now what I want to do is I want to show particular row(among lot of rows) in that table as front view.
As I have scrollbar attached to my table, once the user move particular row up/down scrollbar is moving up means it is showing first row.

I want to show the row which recently moved up/down.
How is it possible
