I want to design GUI looks like above images.Each panel contain different label and field.

have any swing or awt library to call out above looks and feel?
Once mouse press on "Encryption message" or "Decryption Message" tab.related panel will be turn on.

Use JTabbedPane for the tabbing. You basically want to add one JPanel with the encryption fields, and one other JPanel with the decryption fields.

You could look at GridLayout or GroupLayout for the layout in those two JPanels.
