I have a problem with a script on my page.
It accesses a pretty large string variable passed from another page, and does an eval() function on it.
However, on some browsers, this function causes an error to be thrown. The error message is simply the line number of the eval() function, and 'Syntax error'.
This behaviour is not consistent, as other machines show it only if you have multiple browsers open at the same time, hitting the page together. If it's a single browser, the function is executed peacefully, showing results as expected.
I've tried changing virtual memory settings, but still am not getting anywhere.
Has anyone faced this problem before? What can I do about it?
I am displeased. You are no longer allowed to read this tiny ad:
