It sounds as if you are describing normal web brower operation. In what way is what you require different from just viewing a web page using a browser?

I still must be missing something. In what way does running a web browser on machine B and entering the URL of a file on A not solve your problem?

Is it that you want to write a web-user-interface to send email (like hotmail etc.)? Is it that you want to write some Java software to run on your client machine to connect to an SMTP, POP3 or IMAP server on your server machine (like Outlook Express, Eudora etc.)? Is it something else?
Perhaps if you describe your needs in terms of how a user would use your proposed system if everything is in place. I'm sorry that I can't seem to understand your needs.

Dear Carver,
Finally you got my question(though not fully but a part of it). As you wrote I want to write a java program to run in my client machine and the mail sent using that program should be saved as a file somewhere in the Javawebserver's directory of the Server machine. Now pls refer to the first question posted by me also and reply to me friend
