Answer:
The buffer attribute specifies the size of the buffer used by the out variable of the JSPwriter(which is a subclass of printwriter). For example, if you specify
<%page buffer = "100kb" %>- means that the document will not be sent to the client until 100 kilobytes have been accumulated, or the page has completed. The default size of the buffer depends on the server your using.
