Hi,
Each Server has a configuration file
where u can specify the path , server has to look for class files.
In Weblogic we have a Weblogic properties file where we can specify the path of where all the classes reside.
I believe for all servers u have to mention the path somewhere.
I think u can store u r class files at a single location and specify the same path in both weblogic and Tomcat config files.
I havent tried it But I think this will work.

in Tomcat, regularly you put at tomcat-root\webapps\uspecifyfolder\WEB-INF\classes.
in Weblogic, weblogic-root\myserver\servletclasses is by default.
You can change in the property file to put bean class somewhere else.

"Vimala",
The Java Ranch has thousands of visitors every week, many with surprisingly similar names. To avoid confusion we have a naming convention, described at http://www.javaranch.com/name.jsp . We require names to have at least two words, separated by a space, and strongly recommend that you use your full real name. Please choose a new name which meets the requirements.
Thanks.
