The thing is that I want a variable of String or integer type
to inserted into a html page.
I don't want the html code to be written in the servlets.
It should be like this
if user registers with us. So the user can see the message that he has
been registered and his user name and password is so so.
And this message has to be appear in the premade html page.
So what should I do?
What code should i write in servlet
and what in HTML to fetch that value.
HELP ME!

I don't think you can retreive a server side variable information from a pure html page. But on the other hand you can acheive this if you make your html a jsp page. All you need is a jsp compliant container like tomcat. If you are cool with jsp i can help you out.
Any other suggestions guys

Nice name, "Raman" Descriptive subject, too and as to your question, well, I can't say I really understand it do you want to write a servlet or not?
A browse through a good servlet tutorial might clarify things. And of course the article Tony referred to.
