Dear All,
Hey,
I am building a few Servlets in Apache+Tomcat environment. I have a few doubts:
Where do I put my compliled servlet's .class files. In specifically in which directory.
And also under the directory of Apache or in the directory of Tomcat?
Do I have to start apache before accessing the servlet, or just tomcat will be needed.
What should be my path in the action attribute of the servlet calling html file?
Please reply soon, It's urgent.
Thanks a lot,
Bye,
Tualha Khan

This is all laid out in the Tomcat documentation, the Tomcat examples, and the servlet and JSP API documentation.
Study how the Tomcat examples are set up in the server.xml and web.xml files. Read the APIs - available for download from java.sun.com
