I HAVE CREATED HTML PAGE FROM THAT I M ACCEPTING USER NAME & PASSWORD & SUBMIT BUTTON OF THIS HTML PAGE IS CALLING MY SERVLET.
IN SERVLET I M CHECKING USER NAME & PASSWORD.
IF USER NAME & PASSWORD IS CORRECT THEN I WANT TO DISPLAY SOME OTHER HTML PAGE WHICH IS PREVIOUSLY CREATED.
BUT I DONT WANT TO WRITE HTML CODING IN MY SERVLET PROG.
HOW TO GET THIS?
response.Redirect(url),method is not working.

The method you want is in HttpServletResponse -
sendRedirect( urlstring );
