How Can I config Javabean in weblogic5.1  RSS feed

in weblogic5.1
I placed the javabean class in the myserver/serverclass/mypackage
,and use jsp to invoke it.<jsp:useBean id="RegisterBean" class="mypackage.connect_db"/>, when I first run this jsp, it works fine, but I run it again,error is:cannot instantiate 'mypackage.connect_db'
