Hi, I am having problem installing tomcat. I set the TOMCAT_HOME to c:\tomcat and and JAVA_HOME to c:\jdk1.2.1. But how do I "add the Java interpreter to your PATH environment variable"? Any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

Your path has to include the directory where all the Java command line exe's live.
Path=D:\jdk1.2\bin
If you can get a message from Java with the -version command like this:
D:\>java -version
java version "1.2.2"
Java HotSpot(TM) Server VM (2.0fcs, mixed mode, build E)
Then your path already includes java.exe.
How adding it is done depends on the operating system, and should have been in the installation instructions for your Java development kit.
