I am using tomcat and I placed my html file in /examples/Myservlets/ directory.when i try to call the page using http://localhost:8080/examples/Myservlets/reglogin.html
it is displaying the foll error.I would appreciate if any one could explain me about this error.

You have a very old version of Tomcat, at least eight months (ServletWrapper was moved out of the org.apache.tomcat.core package then). It sounds like a nightly build on a bad day.
Why not just download the latest stable version? Tomcat 4.0 beta 3 works very well right out of the box, no configuration necessary:
