Hi all !
Whenever i wana work with tomcat i have to type on the command prompt
set java_home=c:\jdk
set tomcat_home=c:\tomcat
Although i have set my path for java in the autoexec.bat file.
Is there a way to permanently make these settings?
Regards

Hi,
If your OS is Win98 , then try:
start->run->sysedit
then change your environment variables.
If it is win2000 , then try:
start->settings->controlpanel->system->advanced(tab)->environmet variables
then edit or create new variables.
I hope it works, if you are using another OS, please tell .
Thanks,
Jimi.
