Hi,
One reason why I prefer servlets over JSP is it makes debugging so much easier. Are there any guidelines as to how one should proceed with debugging JSP.
Thanks in advance.

With Visual Age for Java from IBM you can monitor JSPs being compiled and after that you can put breakpoints in the generated servlet code.

Hi Tony,
But are there any guidelines which are independent of the tools, as to how we should proceed?
I have been using Oracle JDeveloper, and found the tool very effective for debugging.
Thanks,
