Tomacat on Solaris8/UNIX  RSS feed

Well the JAVA_HOME and TOMCAT_HOME for tomcat on windows can be set, but what is the similar thing on UNIX.
I am using solaris 8 on sparc.

Well, nobody seems to be interested.
I have found the answer myself.
One does not need to set JAVA_HOME as I think java is always
under /usr/bin in UNX systems.
As far as TOMCAAT_HOME is concerned- tomcat knows it itself.
Further, Unlike the javawebserver here we dont need to set the classpath.Tomcat does it by setting all the .jar or anything else it needs to complile or execute browser's request.Then it appends the classpath you have already defined .
