What is the best way to send XML file via a bean to JSP?

I'm not sure I realy understand what you want here. Where is your XML data coming from? What does the JSP need to do with it?
A bean can easily return XML information as a DOM object, as a String containing the XML external representation, or any custom representation of the same data. To decide between these (and other) ways of using XML we do need to know more about how you plan to use the XML data.
