I took your exam and got 8/10. Looks very nice. The only thing I'd think about doing... is not closing the browser window when I click the 'end exam' button. It was quite surprising, I think in general users would expect to be taken back to the start screen, if they want to take a new exam.

However, if your business requirement is to close the browser, then bravo, you've done it.
The second time through, it allowed me to login with the same number, but a different name. Maybe this is ok, but thought I'd say something.

Also you need to catch exceptions more gracefully. I got a number format exception when I enter text into the regisitration number field. In that event you should re-direct to an error page or reload the login page with the error highlighted.

Nice work. You can add a review page ,just before 'end exam' to go back to questions and change the answers.

10/10 - The app doesn't recover gracefully when I screw around with the query string...

Hi,
8/10 ,but as somebody earlier pointed out saying the end user woudl be more pleased if he or she is finally navigated to a screen wherein the Answers for the related questions is given and also the wrong answers been shown ,so that he can know what was the wrong answer he gave and what actually was the right one..I liked the look and feel of the screens ...good...
