Howdy Folks,

I am using a Bean and calling a method in a JSP. Tomcat says method not found when its in the bean and its public.

Is this a bug with tomcat. Its driving me crazy. It works on one instance of Tomcat but not on another.

Any Ideas?
Thank you
Honey

What package is the bean in and where did you put the class file(s)?
Does the bean get instantiated alright?
What is the exact error message?

May be it is because the tomcat of yours has not created contet of that method file. Check that out first. Also you need to keep these kind of files in a specific directory of tomcat.

Hey Guys,
Thanks
Actually it was the suckie classpath. I had Weblogic and Tomcat on the same box, so it was picking up the old bean from the Weblogic Classes and was not picking the Tomcat classes, so the classpath is important.
Thanks alot
Honey
