The need of Java Bena ?

If we could store values in the session then what is the need of Java Beans ?

to separate the business logic with the presentation

In particular you don't want or need every JSP to know all the details of every value and type of variable stored in the session. Grouping these stored values into beans allows JSPs and servlets to manipulate named "clumps" of information in a meaningful way, and allows the actual implementation of these "clumps" to be independent of their use.
