Friends,
I had trouble in compiling servlet source codes using version Jsdk2.0 .The trouble is that none of the files are getting compiled and my project is stuck up with this. I came to know that the version java servlet 2.0 has got some troubles and ver 2.3 is fine. I tried to get the version from sun's sit. But I couldn't find out the exact link. I will be very much obliged if somebody helps me regarding the matter.
1)Will u please provide me the full path to Sun's site ?
2)Also tell me me how to update from Jsdk2.0 to version 2.3 .
Yours Sincerely,
Liju.T.George

Sun no longer supports the JSDK - this fact is plastered all over the Sun web site, so I don't know why people keep looking for updated versions. ALL further development of the reference version of Java servlet and JSP technology was transferred by Sun to the Apache organization quite some time ago. Go to:
http://jakarta.apache.org/
to find current state of the art servlet and JSP technology. You can download compiled code and the complete source code for the Tomcat server.
Dispose of ALL of your JSDK jar files, etc. BEFORE trying to install Tomcat or you will spend days chasing very odd error messages just like I did.
