JSP on websphere not working

Hi,
When I add my JSP in the web applicatin. It gives me a successfull message. While it doesn't show me in the web application tree. When I try to reach the JSP it gives me the blank page.
I'm sure there's nothing wrong with my java bean file or .JSP file as they are from a JSP book.
My
default_server_stderr.log says
error: Can't write: C:\WebSphere\AppServer\temp\default_host\examples\C_0003a\WebSphere\AppServer\hosts\d_00025fault_0005fhost\examples\web\debug_error_jsp_1.class
1 error

I'm using a bean(SpellCheck)in my JSP(SpellPro.jsp). I've kept the bean class in the 'servlets' direstory and jsp in the 'web' directory of my web application direstory. It is giving a error
Can anybody help me with what can be wrong
