Hai All!
is there anyway to override the default session timeout period of server (as per settings) for a particular session?
any help is appreciable!

u can use session.setMaxInactiveIntervel(t) for setting the timeout period.here t is in milli seconds.

You can also set it in your web.xml file

Howdy,
OK, if I am not mistaken you can use the session.setMaxInactiveIntervel(t) function and set "t" to "-1". This should make your timeout indefinate (ie NO session timeout). Try it and let us know how it works.
