Mix Javascript & JSP...

+Pie Number of slices to send: Send

Hi,
I have used to javascript to popup a new windown with a form in it. When the user has finished filling out the information properly, the pop-up window post the user entry to a servlet which performs server-side checking and registers the user's information into a database. Once the checking is done I want the user data to be rendered (lack of a better word) to the original parent window. Can this be done? If so how?
TIA,
Nick

"nick_ton",
The Java Ranch has thousands of visitors every week, many with surprisingly similar names. To avoid confusion we have a naming convention, described at http://www.javaranch.com/name.jsp . We require names to have at least two words, separated by a space, and strongly recommend that you use your full real name. Please log in with a new name which meets the requirements.
Thanks.
