how to write a JSP in VAJ 4.0 to test in websphere test enviornment

I am writing JSPs using VisualAge for Java 4.0 and websphere studio 4.0 . VAJ's is still in it's 3 and 3.5 nostalgia, it's help is insufficiant and useless. It doesn't even talk about how I can write a JSP in Websphere test enviornment. Can anybody tell me how and where should I put my .jsp file and after putting that what should I do. Do I need to create a web application and add my jsp in that or do anything else or I can just access it using hht://localhost:8080/simplejsp.jsp
