I am running an application on Tomcat 3.2.1 on Windows 2000 Server. I have to put lots of info onto the session for re-use. That includes lots of Hashtables and Vectors. The problem I am facing is after traversing a few pages (that is after a few Hashtable objects are put into the session), Tomcat causes the Windows Server to crash !
I need most of the session objects till the end of the session. How can I manage the session objects and avoid the Server machine from restarting?

SAM i think the solution is to avoid using the Windows 2000 server. Even we where facing lot of problems earlier when we were using it.
kindly mail me back if you could find a solution in windows2000 server at jumbulika@rediffmail.com.

The only time I have heard of Tomcat "crashing" windows, it turned out to be flaky database drivers. Otherwise Tomcat will quit with some time of error message.
