Hi All,
Need a Java based ServerSide CD/DVD writing application. Preferably an opensource type, so that I can integrate it with my existing Java application. Its similar to a standalone CD/DVD
writing application we normally use for back ups on CD/DVD.
thanks in advance
David

If you're running linux, you should be able to run the mkisofs and cd burner programs. Windows might be trickier, since not all Windows apps have the option to run unattended from the command line.
CD burning is a long-running process. WAY too long to run from a web application. That means that if you want web control of it, you'll need to create a stand-alone server task and pass requests to it.
You may want to check out http://www.sourceforge.net and http://www.freshmeat.net for web-based CD burning apps.
