I found this question on a web site. You need to answer this to log in. I thought it is javax.servlet.HttpServlet, but this answer is wrong. So : Which class does a servlet usually inherit from?
Please help.Thanks.

The question is not specific. Since there are two kinds of aservlets. Generic & Http Servlets. An Httpservlet inherits from javax.servlet.http.HttpServlet, while a Generic servlet inherits from javax.servlet.GenericServlet.
The bottom line is, the question is ambigous.
