I am working on a JSP project using WebSphere Test Environment
and Visual age for java 3.0. I am trying to connect to database
using oracle driver, IT says no suitable driver found and also
class not found exception.
I am confused. Where exactly should we place the OracleDriver
in the Websphere TEst Environment so that the file can locate
the driver. I got classes11.zip.
please let me know
appreciate
thanks

The problem lays in how a webserver builds it's classpath. Most will only include files named *.jar which are in the /WEB-INF/lib directory. I recommend you expand the classes11.zip and use the jar command to build it into classes11.jar.

I Hope This Helps
