I want to write :
out.println("<font face = "book antiqua">+"Hello"+"</font>");
How can i write that.. what's the escape character to write this..

Try '\' :
out.prinln("<font face=\"...\">Hello</font>");

Some IDE's/text editors are even kind enough to provide a macro or menu option to "quotify" selected text for you!
