I am getting an exception in the servlet
"code too large for try statement"
Can anybody please tell me the reason for this.

Never heard of this one. Is the coe in the try block really that large?

Thanks Peter and Bosun for your replies.
The problem was that the code in the doGet method exceede 65536 bytes.I had to break down code into different methods.
