I would like to build a webapp that scales. By "scaling" I mean that it will work across clusters of Servlet/JSP containers. Does
that implicitly mean that I cannot use "session" implicit object? Please confirm that the "application" implicit object
can be used instead. I've heard of session migration but is there
such a thing as "application context migration" across clusters.
Also is it true that use of
<jsp:useBean id="group" class="Foo" scope="session" />
makes the webapp stateful ?

It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
