Hello All,
I remember reading some time ago about a project that the Swing team was working on, which would provide tools that web developers could use, that would do for a web page what Swing controls did for the client.
It would provide browser agnostic GUI controls, such as a treeview, buttons, text boxes, etc., which could respond to event, and provided a consistent API.
In effect, it would reproduce what M$ is calling ASP.NET web controls.
Can someone provide me a link to find out more about this initiative? Does anyone know more about it, such as a timeframe for release, etc.?
Thanks very much,
Reuben Cleetus.
