Hi
I am posting this question again..
I am using HttpSession for session tracking mechanism.
I want to implement single sign on..thatz i want to maintain a single session for a user.Help in this.

I assume you will be creating some sort of user bean with session scope or putting it directly into the HttpSession.
I don't know if this answered your question, I found it difficult to understand.

Thanx for the reply.Here is the exact scenario that i am in need of.Suppose a user logs in in a system(machine 1) i create a HttpSession and allow his to go thru the site.Suppose he logs in again in another system then also he should be allowed to login.But the session which he had first(machine 1) should get expired.Hez no more authenticated in machine 1.This is the thing that i am in need of.Explain me how this can be done.I am not using beans for this.All i do is with HttpSession alone.
