Hi All,
I am little stuck with response.encodeURL() method. Whener I tries to encode a url which starts with '/' it is returning back the original url without encoding sessionid to it, even though cookies are disabled on client browser. But if I remove the '/' sessionid is getting appended to the URL. ( I am 100% sure that cookies are disabled on client side).
Also in JSP's its behaving normally, sessionid getting appended to url irrespective of whether url starts with '/' or not.
Could any body points to me whether encodeURL looks for some specific details while appending sessionid. (I tried encoding this string "LINK:/examples/MyServlet" without success.
I am using Tomcat 3.1.
Regards,
Vijay
