Java servlet refresh problem in apache -tomcat webserver

The servlet .class file was modified, compiled and uploaded to the remote server, it takes long time to refresh, Please provide for the quick refresh of servlet (Webserver-tomcat, database server - oracle in Linux) ipsoft@interpressindia.com

try configuring your tomcat for SSL ,means try to attach a digital certificate to your tomcat server.That speeds up the operation for some unknown reason.
