I created a table in cloudscape using JDBC3.0, created a servlet, html form, and the DD.
servlet - C:\tomcat\webapps\test\WEB-INF\classes
html - C:\tomcat\webapps\test
DD - C:\tomcat\webapps\test\WEB-INF
In the DD I named the servlet to Support and specified the right path and also gave its mapping and the url-pattern.
When I hit submit on the html form it gives an status error code 503
What should I do?

I would start by looking up what a Status 503 means - look in the java.net.HttpURLConnection class javadocs for a convenient listing. 503 seems to be known as "Service Unavailable" which is pretty general failure.
Next I would put a System.out.println statement in the doGet and doPost methods to see if the servlet is even getting called.
