what is the significance of path info in a request URI.
also, can anyone give good examples of mapping a request URI to servlets. I think this topic is very important for the exam. i was going through the hanumanth exam study kit on this topic but i couldn't understand well.

All the URI to servlet mapping is handled by the servlet container based on configuration info found in the web.xml file. The DTD is key for the exam so you should study it well! Link below:
