Is it possible that u send the form to server but @ server-side request cannot able fetch all request parameters,i.e somthing loss of packets between the networks.
As my page in same session.

This is not due to packet loss, no. Error checking should deal with this at the TCP/IP level.
It could be due to request length, though. If your request is too long, it might get truncated by the app server. (There's a fixpack for WAS for this issue, as a matter of fact.)
Otherwise, if your request is short, it's a code issue of some kind.

As im not using websphere im talking about @ real time.
