Hi All,
This is regarding HTTPServletsession
From my standalone application (not browser) am calling Httpservlet, first time am sending some info and storing a value depends upon the input (Store session) and second time am making another request from the same application, and now i need to retrive the session value (Load session).
This 2 processes are happening within single servlet.
Can you pls advise how to do? am using setAttribute() and getAttribute(). it is returnin
correct value if I retrive from the same request(first) but in the second request the session is not loading and also returning null value.
Thanks
Jowsaki

Your standalone application is going to have to fake the cookie storing action of a browser if you want to use sessions. I'm not real sure how to do this but you should be able to get at the response headers somehow.

With a little knowledge, a cast iron skillet is non-stick and lasts a lifetime.
