Hello,
There is an Illegal State Exception in Tomcat3.2, whenever I click the link or submit button more than once simultaneously in my JSP or HTML page. The Jsp or Html page actually leads to request servlet for the resoponse on that submit click. Someone tell me why this happens and what is the solution to avoid it.
Thanks
with regards

This is going to be difficult to diagnose without seeing some sample code, but I'd bet that you are storing the response, Stream or Writer as an instance variable in your JSP.
There is only a single instance of each JSP on a server, and each thread shares it. If you place instance variables in JSPs, they get confused between threads. If you do it with the resources above the server will get really confused and report something in an Illegal State.
I guess.
