Hi all,
Want to discuss about Filters yet again, gone thru resources, but was unable to understand properly..
What I want to accomplish is...
1. A user is assigned some roles.
2. A login servlet is called on login.
3. It checks for the user & its role
4. According to the role assigned, they can view only specific resources.
5. If the user does not exists, they are taken back to the login form.
The user information & role is stored in mysql database.
How could I possibly do this, is filter the best way to it..How..???
TIA
MB
