Here are the rules (try to follow them):
1) I start out with any 3 smilies
2) The next person has to take one of those smilies and two other distinct (different) smilies that are usable.
3) A smily becomes unusable when it is used.
4) A smily becomes usable 5 turns after seen once, or 2 turns after it is seen twice or more.
5) When a smily that has become usable again is used, that smiliy is considered to be seen once
Here is a sample run:

6) <-- notice i can use all 3 smilies again!
