What, Pakistan doesn't have any girls younger than age 12?

That's a record time, now... boys can be transform to a girl on age 12, OR.. Pakistan doesn't have any boys older than age 12-15 ?, OR.. arghhhh...

If only she hadn't started demanding (in an insistent/strangely intimidating tone) that the fellow who congratulated her should pray for her...

Is it customary in Pakistan to demand blessings?
She must be a blessed kid, considering the pitiable conditions for most other girl children in that country.
