It might be an old book, I'm still interested to find out where the source codes are? What's the latest book you read about java server side programming that you'd recommend?

Java Server Programming is a very good book. I have a copy of this and find it very useful. This used to come in two volumes earlier but now its just a single book.

One more thing. Please make sure you post your questions in the right forum or else it will be moved by the moderators. This thread is specifically for questions related to servlets. You could better have asked this in the "Book Reviews" thread. Just a suggestion

This book might have been forgotten already?
