can it be possible to have 2 web application in 1 web.xml?how to call between them?how servlet of different application call each other?

By definition, each "web application" has one deployment descriptor - a web.xml file in the WEB-INF directory.
There are plenty of different ways for web applications or servlets within an application to communicate - what sort of communication do you need?

If you mean have more than one Servlet in your webapp directory structure then yes, you just put mappings for each servlet in the web.xml

One web.xml is for one WebApplication. You can deploy your webapps as two web applications and then they can talk to each other.
