it's now part of the J2EE SDK. Download that instead to get the latest version.

Depending on the container, you may not need to download anything other than the Java SDK.

For instance, Tomcat ships with all the J2EE components necessary for Servlets/JSP.

5.5 and up even ships with a compiler so you don't even need to download a full SDK
 
Don't get me started about those stupid light bulbs.
