Hi all,
I'd like to know if it's possible to calculate the size of the Session object in a web application so that I can forecast how much memory my application will need for example if users will increase by a certain %
Thanks in advance

You would need a profiler. (JProbe, Optimizeit).

Remember, a session is not really a placeholder. It holds a map of references to objects (living on the heap) bound to it.

I also seem to always get Spam E-mail on how to increase the size.

Oh, wait, I just checked that wasn't about Sessions.

Do the next thing next. That’s a pretty good rule. Read the tiny ad, that’s a pretty good rule, too.
