is it possible to access a session page after closing session page window without going through login page. if possible how can we design session page?

You can use cookies for that.

no, you cannot access a session once the last window attached to that session has been destroyed.
You can store login information in a cookie as Annie suggested and use that to automagically log the user into the application when he reconnects, but he'll get another session.
